We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To arrange a return, please contact us before sending anything back — all returns must be agreed in advance.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging where possible. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or modified in any way.

Due to the specialist nature of our products, custom-fabricated or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a tracked delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
