Carriage will be charged extra unless otherwise stated
Price changes
Prices are subject to alteration without prior notice
Error
Any error in product or quality must be notified by fax or email within two working days of receipt of goods
Returned goods
Any goods which are returned by prior agreement must be returned within 14 days of receipt of goods otherwise it will be understood that the goods are acceptable
Title
The title of the goods will remain with Ellis Irrigation Ltd until full payment has been received
Liability
Liability due to failure of any goods shall not exceed the value of the goods and no liability shall be accepted for any loss of profits or damage suffered by the client
Payment
Ellis Irrigation reserve the right to charge interest at 3% above the current Barclays Bank Plc base rate on overdue accounts
Governing law
The construction and validity and performance of the contract shall be governed by English law
